1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Swiftnotary web system (“the system”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service Swiftnotary provides a platform for notarization process management services, facilitating the process of mailing documents and designating notaries to remote buyers through electronic means.

3. User Conduct

• Youagree to use the system only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the system.

4. Privacy Policy Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by users of the system. By using the system, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property All content and materials available on the system, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Swiftnotary or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Swiftnotary be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the system.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Unites States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms Swiftnotary reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the system after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Consent for SMS Communications By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from SwiftNotary LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, and other updates. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message.

11. Pricing and Payment A. Service Fees

• The standard order fee for notarization services is $189, which includes notarization for one page only.
• An additional fee of $10 will be charged for each additional page requiring notarization.
• A fee of $7 per required witness will be applied to the total cost of the service.
• Mailing rates are competitive and will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

B. Taxes and Transaction Fees

• All order prices are subject to an 8.25% tax and a 2.9% transaction fee, which will be added to the total cost of the service.

C. Payment Method

• Payment for services will be collected automatically from the dealer’s stored payment method after the successful completion of the notarization process.
• We will use a third-party payment processor to securely handle all transactions.

D. Price Changes

• Swiftnotary reserves the right to modify prices for services at any time. However, any changes to pricing will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

E. Refunds

• Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which is available upon request.
